Support After Suicide offers a monthly Mindfulness & Meditation evening for people bereaved by suicide. Even if you are not familiar with mindfulness and meditation, these evenings will introduce self-care tools that anyone can try. Just sitting quietly with others who have been through a similar loss can help counter feelings of isolation that often follow the suicide of someone close.
