A group of young people got together at a camp in November 2013 to write and record a song.
They are all bereaved by suicide and wanted to express something about this experience.
They also made a video which you can see here: You're not alone
There was an article in the Sunday Age which you might be interested to read.
The focus of the article was what to say and what not to say to people who are facing tough situations. One of those who contributed was a mother whose son died by suicide.

Art can be a helpful way to express some of the difficult experiences after losing someone to suicide. It can also be a way of honouring the person who died. That's why we invite participants at our 8 Week Support Group to draw or paint or create a picture of this experience. Here's a selection of work produced by some of the people in our most recent 8 week Support Group.
