From this writing and performance project a book has been published with works from people who have lost a loved one to suicide.

The themes covered in the writing are: the event, trauma, hindsight, love, self and hope. You will be moved and inspired by the writing.

Supporting children after suicide

We are holding an Information Session for parents and carers who are supporting children following the suicide of someone close.

It is in Richmond on Monday 18 June at 6.30pm.

Guest speakers will talk about their experience and what has been helpful to them in supporting their children. There will be the opportunity to ask questions.

One of our counsellors just came across this booklet. We thought it could be helpful to you.

It was published in 2003 by the American Association of Suicidology. The chapter of 'Battling Guilt' is particularly interesting.
